Colonial Warehouse now houses creative and technology firms, modern multi-use offices, and prominent retail businesses, and is included on the National Register of Historic Places.

What’s Old is New Again
The architectural hallmarks of the existing structural which were repurposed and preserved for today’s working spaces included exposed brick walls, polished cement, wood floors, and wood beams, yielding a character-rich environment with high ceilings, natural lighting, and original two-story arched bay windows.
