Tracey Bush, RID, Joins the Dallas Office of BKV Group as Director of Business Development

BKV Group, a holistic design firm providing architecture, interior design, engineering, landscape, and construction administration services across the U.S., has announced that Tracey Bush, RID, has joined the firm as Director of Business Development in our Dallas office. Tracey will spearhead the growth of BKV’s Dallas studio as it undertakes more complex, nationwide projects in the market-rate housing, student housing, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

With over 25 years of experience in the A/E/C industry – all in the Dallas region – Tracey is steeped in the business of architecture and design and has incrementally built a national and regional network of clients and industry contacts. Tracey’s key strengths as a business development professional lie in prospecting new leads, researching and qualifying new opportunities, and developing win strategies and value propositions. Tracey’s knowledge also extends into strategically preparing interview content, leading interview rehearsal critiques, and following through with the client to close the deal.

After working for the past 10 years at Leo A Daly as their Director of Business in Dallas focused on hospitality clients, Tracey joins BKV Group where she will promote our team to DFW clients she has cultivated relationships with for years, and clients we are seeking to develop new relationships with. Well-versed in a broad range of client monitoring and CRM tools, Tracey stated, “Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Arlington are still growing and are currently in the top 20 largest cities in the US. Texas as a whole has been doing a lot of recruitment, despite the circumstances that COVID-19 has brought upon us. With that growth, we need to create more places for people to live and visit within downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods, and that means there’s a lot of product for BKV to seize.” Tracey also indicated the hospitality industry, despite taking a hit this past quarter, is poised to rebound and restart in Texas – locally in the design district, moving up the corridor into Frisco.

Previously, Tracey’s roles have been more nationally focused, but with BKV Group, Tracey is excited to focus mainly on Dallas, and the region at-large, where there is an abundance of development growth potential. Tracey is looking forward to engaging with clients, introducing BKV Group’s holistic design practice, and making connections to help bring their project goals to fruition. In addition, she will be coordinating business development efforts at industry conferences, staying active in the women’s real estate organization, CREW Dallas, and participating in NEWH, the premier networking resource in the hospitality industry.

Should you wish to get in touch, Tracey is available to clients, project stakeholders, and the media at tbush@bkvgroup.com.
