Ron brings more than 17 years of experience in design and project management that includes a focus on urban infill and mixed-use multifamily, experience in student housing, master planning, office, retail, hotel, educational, and municipal buildings. His strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, and lead and mentor a team helps achieve successful projects. He has led firmwide design efforts raising the quality of design processes, and he hosts client and consultant meetings to manage conceptual and technical aspects of the project. Ron works collaboratively with the business development team by representing the firm and leading client presentations, brining advanced knowledge of design, trends, and building systems with experience in overseeing local and international design teams working in several markets. Ron is driven by a deep passion for creating positive and impactful places that deliver successful results for the client.
