Brad has 30 years of structural design experience working on a variety of building types. His core responsibilities include complete structural design with selection of structural systems, schematic design, design development, preparation of construction documents, specifications, and construction administration support. Brad’s project type experience includes office, retail, industrial, warehouse, multifamily housing, government, and institutional buildings, as well as historical conversion projects, constructed of steel, mild reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, tilt-up concrete panels, masonry, wood and steel stud construction. His expertise also extends into various projects requiring specialty design for high seismic regions and progressive collapse/blast design requirements for GSA / DOD projects.
