The Legends at Berry complex is a four-story affordable senior living building featuring 241 apartments located in a former industrial site adjacent to Prospect Park neighborhood at the intersection of Emerald Street and Franklin Avenue. The project’s unit mix consists of 82 one bed units, 89 two bed units, and 70 three bed units. The project has a total of 175 parking stalls, all of which are structured below the building.

Located just outside the Twin Cities, the building plays off of the St. Paul housing aesthetic that includes flat roofs, patterned masonry, stone accents, and detailed multi-story porches.
As the existing site has a rich history as a known lumber supplier, dating back to the early days of Saint Paul, wood accents were a key element of the design. Interior design is focused on fresh and vibrant space that will be timeless for years to come.
As residents navigate the perimeter of the community, they are treated to contemporary, glassy towers which create focal points at each building corner.
Located off the back of the clubroom area is a courtyard with grill, bocce ball courts, walking pat, and lounge seating with fire pit for residents to utilize throughout the year.
