The site and building design feature a clearly defined sense of arrival along the east from Settlers Ridge Parkway to the central amenity building. The site features a pond with a fountain, well-appointed landscaping, and sidewalk connections throughout the site. A strong architectural presence is established by the main entry and covered porte cochere, as the building is broken into smaller elements with a two-story entry/amenity building flanked by two four-story housing wings.

The architectural aesthetic of The Legends of Woodbury is a contemporary take on traditional housing styles. The building features defined dormer expressions that encapsulate unit porches, strongly defined glassy corners. These elements are complemented by a rich palette of exterior materials and colors. This new housing development provides exciting lifestyle opportunities with multiple conveniences for residents. including a library, clubroom, social room, fitness room, salon, and theater.
