Ryan has over 15 years of experience as a project architect and designer on a range of project types. His experience includes adaptive reuse, multifamily, mixed-use, single-family, as well as hospitality. As a project architect, he guides design and development to ensure that buildings effectively embody specific client priorities and goals. Ryan has experience managing all phases of a project from schematic design through construction administration. Ryan also has a depth of knowledge with International Building Codes, Chicago Building Codes, Illinois Accessibility Codes, and the Fair Housing Act. Leadership, management, interpersonal skills, and ability to conclude design problems support his key role with building and maintaining client confidence and relationships.
