Joel has been an enthusiastic member of the architecture and construction professions for over 35 years, at various times filling the rolls of Specifier, Q.C. Consultant, Project Manager, and Construction Contract Administrator. As the Director of Specifier at BKV Group, Joel remedies Quality Control issues throughout the documentation process and provides Peer Review services in redlining drawing sets for projects of all types including historic, educational, corporate, entertainment, and multi-family housing.  In addition to writing project manuals and creating Office Masters, Joel possesses excellent communication skills and enjoys getting out to meet other members of the architectural and construction communities, providing instruction and mentoring to those taking CSI’s CDT exam.
