Jill Schroeder has dedicated her entire career to senior living design, driven by a passion for improving environments for aging that sets the bar for clients and industry partners. With over 28 years in the field, Jill pushes the boundaries for senior living design environments by challenging providers to emulate spaces to feel safe and comfortable. Although a certified interior designer, Jill shifted gears years ago to become a planner who now digs into the intricacies of operations, as well, to help owners/operators achieve more effective and efficient environments.

Jill is also a national leader in promoting the creation of senior living environments, offering her expertise to the industry at large by serving as the President of SAGE, a national member-based organization for the Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments. Jill also serves on the Healthcare Guidelines Revision Committee (HGRC) of the Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI), including being the Vice Chair of the Residential Health Subcommittee for the FGI Emergency Conditions Whitepaper, and recently joined the Center for Health Design’s Healthy Aging Educational Advisory Council.
