Grant is a passionate designer who cares deeply about seniors and making their environments better for living. His passion and experience are integral to the design process and represent three decades of senior living architecture. Grant has worked on all facets of a project, designing award-winning projects across the country, and takes special pride in helping communities breathe new life into their existing buildings as well as developing new communities. Grant is a national speaker on senior living-related topics, and assists BKV with business development and training others about the needs of our Elders. His passion is working with clients and communities in the early stages of a project to help them synthesize their needs through workshops, programming, trends discussions, care model approaches, and more. He works closely with numerous owners, residents, and officials throughout all project phases including master planning, feasibility studies, new building design, and renovation design, construction administration, and code compliance.
