BKV Group worked with partners of the Bryant Lake Restaurant LLC to design a new restaurant within Five Event Center, previously the historic 5th Precinct Police Station built in 1895. The goal was to fuse a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere with exquisite cuisine. The restaurant occupies two levels of the event center with expansion opportunities for rooftop seating. The commercial kitchen is located on the second floor, with direct access to the main dining room.
