After obtaining Site Plan approval in January 2026, the timeline includes the goal of breaking ground in January 2027 and delivery in the summer of 2029. To ensure successful execution, our client, BAI Capital, partnered with top-tier strategic allies including BKV Group for architecture, HITT Contracting Inc. for construction, and Asset Living, a leader with 40 years of experience, for property management.
