New Multifamily Community Going Up in St. Paul

BKV Group, alongside our development partner, Greco, is excited to celebrate an important milestone in bringing St. Paul (MN) a vibrant new community on a former commercial site, complete with diverse housing options, a public park, and new retail.

The redevelopment will bring 476 new homes to the area, including apartments and townhomes, along with a renovated commercial building that will feature a future restaurant and other neighborhood-serving uses. It also includes important park improvements that will enhance the surrounding community. Construction is expected to begin this spring, with the first phase starting as early as May.
