This collaborative project was rooted in the development of a forward-thinking workplace concept study and a strategic change management plan, ensuring a seamless transition into their new office space within the historic Steelman building in Minneapolis’s North Loop neighborhood. The redesign transformed NetSPI’s office into a dynamic, collaborative, and branded environment that not only supports their rapid growth but also serves as a catalyst for innovation and employee satisfaction. Rooted in the rich cultural tapestry of the North Loop, the space reflects the individuality of its employees while creating a sense of belonging and pride in their workplace.
