AIA Minnesota, the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission, and Preserve Minneapolis celebrate the best in preservation, and today officially announced the 11 recipients of the 2024 Minneapolis Preservation Awards. Upper Post Flats restored and rehabilitated a diverse collection of 21 Fort Snelling buildings for reuse as affordable workforce housing with priority given to veterans and their families, while honoring the historic roots of the site.
