Downtown San Antonio Getting a Big Boost from BKV

With our client, Weston Urban, BKV’s latest development in Texas is situated on Laredo Street, blending history, design, and accessibility with a new 16-story, 290-unit tower rising in the heart of downtown.

In what will be called Continental Residences, the project will deliver: thoughtfully designed units (including townhomes), a rooftop lounge, coworking and fitness spaces, and pet-friendly amenities along with 22,000 SF of new retail and office space. A revitalized historic block that preserves the Continental Hotel (1896), Arana Building (1926), and De La Garza House (18th century), Continental Residences adds new energy to the heart of San Antonio.
