Building Design+Construction profiled two recently completed BKV Group multifamily projects in downtown Detroit: CCA CBD Detroit and CCA CBD Lafayette. CCA CBD Detroit is the first mixed-use high-rise in Detroit’s central business district in nearly 30 years, and CCA CBD Lafayette involved rebranding and transforming a 1970s building to align with the eccentric and inviting City Club Apartments brand.
