BKV’s Expanded Student Housing Presence in Minneapolis

Over the course of the last decade in collaboration with an array of clients, BKV Group has designed multiple living and learning environments for student residents in the Minneapolis area.

It began with The Marshall (2014), then Wahu Apartments (2015), to now the anticipated completions for CAV Dinkytown (2024), The Standard Dinkytown (2025), and the full-circle modernization project, The Marshall “Redefined” (2024). We have thoroughly enjoyed creating these enriching student living communities, and we are excited to serve future generations!
