BKV’s Affordable Work Grows in Texas

BKV recently photographed our newest affordable housing project in Texas called The Narrows in Hutto, TX.

With 300 units spread across 14 three-story buildings on an 11-acre site, The Narrows is a true community-first design: gated entry, private walk-out patios, and abundant outdoor amenities including two playgrounds, dog parks, a pool with outdoor deck, and active-lifestyle spaces. Delivered in partnership with the Roers Companies using LIHTC funding, The Narrows is proof of our commitment to mission-driven, high-impact affordable housing. In Texas, BKV Group is not just designing buildings, we’re designing place-making that supports families, seniors, workforce, and more who deserve a home that uplifts.
