ULI Washington hosts NEXT flights, aka project tours, to offer unique perspectives and thoughtful approaches for financing projects in the current real estate landscape.
In May, this discussion was moderated by BKV’s Director of Business Development (and current NEXT member), Garick Malcom, along with fellow member, Adam Stein.
The pair embarked on two separate thought-provoking events:
- Green flight toured Heming in Tysons, Virginia led by Roxana Grieve of Skanska. The multifamily project is not only beautiful, but also sets a shining example of development in Tysons through what it offers to residents.
- Yellow and Orange flights joined forces to convene a panel to explore creative financing for development projects. Panelists Ryan Dring, Hassan Dixon, Ali Semir, Myron Adoteye, and Scott J Hutter.
