BKV Leading Another Hotel Project in the Uptown Dallas

Alongside our developer partners, Alamo Manhattan and Cawley Partners, the office building at 2909 Cole Ave has been acquired and announced plans to replace it with a 140-room, $50M hotel.

Responding to growing demand for quality lodging in the neighborhood, our BKV team is working with the city on rezoning and hope to begin construction in about 18 months — marking another sign of momentum in Uptown’s transformation, and continued investment and adaptive reuse shaping vibrant, people-centric spaces in Dallas.
