BD+C Showcases BKV’s Innovations in the Multifamily Marketplace

In representing a sizable footprint in the multifamily housing market, BKV was highlighted as a firm that is innovating to spur multifamily work forward, namely through our expertise with light gauge metal prefab construction.

Collectively, the 2023 Building Design+Construction Multifamily Giants were responsible for more than half of all U.S. multifamily construction work in 2022, upwards of 60% of the U.S. market. The 120 design firms on the Giants list — which includes BKV Group — reported $28.34 billion in revenue from multifamily work, or about a quarter of all multifamily construction work last year.
