At Montgomery Planning’s Celebrate Design event, co-hosted with the AIA Potomac Valley chapter, an independent jury of accomplished design and development professionals honored three developments with Design Excellence Awards.
One of which BKV Group’s Artspace Silver Spring Arts Campus which was the named the Winner of the Design Excellence Award for Exceptional Housing. This was an incredible honor for the project and the community which turned a former police station into a thriving creative hub featuring affordable housing for practicing artists
