In partnership with Landmark Properties and Manulife Investment Management, this project is located on a 3-acre site which has officially been acquired for development.

The vibrant mid-rise community will offer 825 beds in 329 fully furnished units designed for student living, with amenities like a rooftop pool, clubhouse, fitness center, study lounges, and more — all set to open for Fall 2028.
