Our proposed luxury apartment tower at 3400 Carlisle Street will bring over 400 residential units and 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail to one of Dallas’ most vibrant neighborhoods.
Designed by BKV, the tower will feature standout amenities including a rooftop dog park, a resort-style pool, and a top-floor resident lounge offering panoramic views of Uptown and Downtown Dallas. Located in the thriving West Village neighborhood, tentative design plans also intend to preserve around 32 mature trees in the area to maintain greenery in an otherwise concrete-heavy area. There would also be curated landscaping and heavy plantings to breathe life into a somewhat gray pocket of Uptown.
