Cotton Annex on 12th Named as Best Conversion in the Washington Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2024
Originally built in 1936 for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, this 120,000-square-foot building sat vacant for years. In 2021, Carmel Partners acquired the property with BKV Group providing the Conceptual Design for the redevelopment.
