Recently approved by the County Board, the BKV Group-led project will deliver a modern new fire station alongside supportive housing and emergency shelter services — bringing critical public safety infrastructure and compassionate community support together on one thoughtfully planned campus.
The development includes a new 24,000 SF, five-bay fire station, 50 emergency shelter beds, and 20 supportive housing units for individuals and families, creating a stronger continuum of care for the community.
