BKV Group’s interior design team collaborated with developer Lincoln Avenue Communities to revitalize Tivoli Place, a century-old building in the heart of New Orleans, into a modern, welcoming, and community-focused environment for seniors and individuals with special needs. This comprehensive renovation enhances both shared and private spaces, reinforcing the building’s mission to provide affordable, accessible housing in a vibrant, supportive setting.

A Revitalized, Caring Community
Key improvements in this project included a state-of-the-art fitness center, a redesigned mail and package room, and a vibrant library serving as a retreat and enrichment hub. Central to the transformation is a light-filled community area that unveils a pre-existing skylight, creating a bright, open gathering space. Additional upgrades feature expanded dining and living areas that foster social interaction and a sense of belonging.
