While finishing touches are ongoing, the building is open for business with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held in September outside the Council Chambers.
Alongside City Of Chanhassen Mayor Elise Ryan, BKV with our project partner Kraus-Anderson celebrated the milestone and took preliminary photos of the project’s first phase. Phase 2 of the Civic Campus (north of City Hall) is underway, and is expected done by July 2026. When finished, this portion will feature a downtown park, universal playground, splash fountain, pavilion, performance stage, pickleball courts, and gathering spaces. Way to go team!
