In collaboration with CRW architecture + design group, Inc and our developer partner, Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., Shelby Commons is an affordable housing community located in the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis, creating 46 new affordable and supportive housing for families and individuals, with 12 units dedicated to people experiencing housing insecurity. At the September 26th event, we had the pleasure of the Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, attend and speak very highly of the project which provides much needed affordable housing in the area, and represents the first new project in the Root District (New Loop) of Minneapolis. Congrats to the entire team on reaching this milestone!
