BKV recently completed a redevelopment project that’s a short stroll from Minnehaha Falls and next to Lowa46, the companion multifamily community we worked on with Oppidan Investment Company.
Beck46 fills in a space with a growing number of flats drawn by the park and the 46th Street light rail station across Hiawatha Avenue. With Beck and Lowa now bookending the whole development, the neighborhood has changed dramatically, and for the better, from being largely industrial to now being a multifaceted residential community.
