For Snelling Receives National Feature in Preservation Magazine

BKV Group was honored to see our Fort Snelling Upper Post Flats project featured as an exemplary example of a community that’s been restored and rehabilitated.

In the “Transitions” section of Preservation Magazine, places of local and national importance are highlighted that have recently been restored, are currently threatened, have been saved from demolition or neglect, or have been lost. Leading off this list in the summer 2024 issue was Fort Snelling Upper Post Flats — a project that’s restored and rehabilitated 26 buildings into a 200-unit affordable housing complex.
