BKV’s Second Off-Campus Student Living Community in Indiana Emerges

On the Purdue University campus, BKV is excited to add a 13-story off-campus student living community to help meet the institution’s all-time high enrollment numbers, especially with a majority of students living near campus.

The Standard at West Lafayette is BKV’s second collaboration with Landmark Properties, Inc. in Indiana which includes The Standard at Bloomington, which opened in Fall 2023 for students attending Indiana University. The West Lafayette project is set to deliver Fall 2027!
