Barstool Sports asked BKV Group to create a one-of-a-kind headquarters for their top talent, moving them from New York City to the West Loop of Chicago.
Defined by Barstool as a “fantasy factory,” or as we affectionately call it, “the un-office,” the media company best known for its sports and entertainment podcasts worked with BKV to convert a two-story former packaging warehouse into a home for 60 local employees and a amenity-rich venue for generating its content. Co-host of one of Barstool’s most popular podcasts, Dan Katz, stated “The new office is everything that we dreamed of and more,” with the new HQ including a basketball court, golf simulator, commercial kitchen, three broadcast studios, nine podcast studios, and a series of personalized offices.
