Broad & Washington BIA Hard Hat Tour

BKV’s Senior Design Leader and Managing Partner, Jack Boarman played docent in helping host a special walk-through for the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia’s Innovation Hard Hat Tour.

Jack guided attendees through the BKV-designed Broad & Washington project that extends across two parcels and will be a mixed-use, retail, and market-rate development in downtown Philly at the intersection of South Broad Street and Washington Avenue. The overall development is broken into a series of “L” shaped towers that bisect the site into four quadrants, with each of the four quadrants having its own identity, characteristics, and courtyard space.
