Uniquely, BKV had the opportunity to commemorate the event on October 28th (the official NFR Day), with the groundbreaking for a new, BKV-designed public safety campus in Lansing, Michigan.
In October, BKV Group celebrated National First Responders Day to honor the brave men and women who put their lives on the line daily to keep us safe. Alongside Lansing police, firefighters, and city leaders, BKV’s government practice leaders, Bruce Schwartzman and Paul J. Michell, raised their hands (and shovels) in applause behind the city’s new facilities that will include Lansing Police Department’s new headquarters, its lockup facility for short-term prisoners, a relocated fire station, and the 54A District Court.
