Jack Boarman Interviewed on the Exciting Opportunities Offered in Student Housing

Senior Design Leader and Managing Partner, Jack Boarman, shared with National Multifamily Housing Council the significance the architect plays in building with less material waste and designing a community where students are free “to express themselves, feel connected, and share experiences.”

According to RealPage data, the student housing sector is expected to deliver 37,000 new beds in 2023 and a projected 31,000 in 2024. Despite being below average historically, the student housing projects are more cutting-edge than ever by having a unique emphasis on sustainability, health and wellness, technology and services.
