Scale & Character Working Together

Rather than reading as a singular megastructure, the development is composed as a collection of interconnected buildings and courtyards, with varied heights, materials, and architectural expressions that break down its mass and create a more organic urban experience. Brick, terra cotta, expansive black-framed windows, and carefully articulated façades draw from Philadelphia’s industrial and masonry heritage, giving the new construction a sense of permanence and familiarity.
