Being sandwiched between western Han river and eastern sea, and shielded from the north by Son Tra mountain, the project has a potential of 360-degree view from high altitude in being a magnificent landmark surrounded by natural features. Composed of 2 towers at 36 and 50 stories tall, both structures correspond to nature with the first levels sited along the river, and dramatically shooting up towards the sky forming the “two dragon competing for gemstone” juxtaposition – a significant cultural analogy in southeast Asia.
