BKV Group was selected as the Interior Design Consultant for a Developer headquarters relocation to Dallas, Texas. This full-floor tenant improvement project was designed to embody the firm’s evolving vision through a workplace experience rooted in the brand pillars of clean and polished, engaging, authentic, and timeless. Completed in September 2025, the design establishes a refined yet approachable environment where thoughtful planning, elevated materiality, and intentional detailing come together to create a sophisticated corporate identity. Crisp architectural lines, layered textures, and a restrained palette reinforce a polished aesthetic, while warm finishes and hospitality-driven moments introduced a sense of authenticity and comfort throughout the space.
