Along South Broad Street, the project developed with our client, Post Brothers, extends the energy of the Avenue of the Arts, while residential, retail, parking, and thoughtfully landscaped open spaces come together to create a dynamic urban community. Designed to respond to its surrounding context while establishing a strong new presence in the Philadelphia skyline, One Thousand One demonstrates the potential of large-scale, high-density development to create a more connected and engaging public realm.
