Eitel Building City Apartments

The 220,515 SF Eitel Building City Apartments is a combination of new construction and renovated historic buildings in Loring Park. The community’s location and character were intentionally designed to reclaim park edges and reinforce neighborhood patterns, while shaping courtyards and pedestrian plazas.  Eitel Building City Apartments offers 212 studios, alcoves, and one- and two-bedroom units. Selected units are walk-up style, and there are two-story loft-style flats in the new construction.

Eitel Building City Apartments links park to neighborhood, neighbor to resident, and public to private, which creates a constant dialogue between inside and outside. The design serves up a new vision for urban lifestyle rental living with boutique hotel-style amenities. The lobby, adjacent commons spaces, and rooftop clubroom connect past and present through a collection of vibrant design elements in the relic spaces.
