The Copham Residences

BKV Group re-cast the Holden Building, a contributing property in Minneapolis’ Warehouse District, as residential mixed-use. The rehabilitation re-opened the window bays, re-created the central doorways, and returned more appropriate windows to the Washington Avenue and Seventh Street façades. The 1910 building now contains approximately 120 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments on the second through seventh floors, with parking in the basement level and back of the first floor. The remaining first floor and entire annex, fronting Washington Avenue, contain commercial spaces.
